The Manager Hospital Operations will be key in the continuance of High Quality Care throughout the Ambulatory Clinics.

Reporting directly to the Chief Clinical Officer, this Manager will support all Clinical Operations and Department Managers.
This will include imaging, laboratory, respiratory therapy, and other clinical areas.
The Manager Hospital Operations will support around 20 FTE.
The Manager Hospital Operations will oversee staffing, budgeting, and maintain a good working relationship with the different departmental managers to ensure that Physician and Patient needs are met.
They will be responsible for performance evaluations and oversee compliance within the Departments.
Located in the Intermountain Region, the Manager Hospital Operations will enjoy the beautiful scenery of the junction of the Cascade and Sierra mountain ranges.
