Record daily transactions, including importing AR invoices, customer payments, bank deposits, commissions tracking, bank transactions, and vendor invoices Enter remittances into QuickBooks, as well as other payments received Create invoices in QuickBooks for AP Keep QuickBooks updated with self-distributed orders Month End Closing process including Bank, Vendor, and Customer reconciliations.
Reconcile accounts and run weekly vendor reports for AP Send out customer statements semi-monthly, monitor accounting email group, respond to customers, and resolve issues Perform weekly cash counts and reconcile to QuickBooks Reconcile internal purchases and credits Prepare armored car pickup and arrangements per the Bank's instructions Assist the Senior Accounting Manager and Corporate Accounting Manager with other tasks as needed Must be 21
