I just need a sitter once in awhile for my significant other and I can go out.
Someone that LOVES kids, Someone that plays games with them, reads to them and isn't on their cell phone the whole time instead of paying attention to my girls.
I have had my son's female friends watch them, but my 6 year old tells me they are on their phones most of the time.
